Carolina Malewicz was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina, where she received her Bachelor's degree in Psychology. After graduating she moved to Europe and later U.S.A. She has more than 16 years of experience in real estate, marketing and international business. In 2008 she decided to focus exclusively in real estate, what she loves the most and feels it is more a way of living than a job. She holds several certifications and designations in real estate and market analysis from New York University and the national Association of Realtors in the United States.
Besides the studying and working experience the most important thing in real estate is to stay current, to be aware of market trends and influences. 2008 was the biggest downturn in the housing market. She realized then it was a perfect opportunity for her clients to invest and purchase. Those who did, have stayed with her ever since.
Therefore, constant data research and being current on the market news as well as interior design is key for her to guiding clients in the important process of finding the property that is perfectly suited for their needs and lifestyle.
Carolina has a great track record in finding the ideal single-family home, the perfect condominium for sale as well as commercial, and pre-construction investments. As a result of her trustworthy, dedicated and professional attitude, she has maintained excellent relationships over the years with clients from all over the world that keep returning for more investments or just move to a new place.

I am writing this heartfelt note of recognition to Carolina Malewicz and the highly, professional, enthusiastic, outstanding service, and most importantly, the expertise she has provided me throughout the last 8 years, with the upmost integrity and confidentiality. As the owner of a service based business I recognize the differences between excellent, average, and mediocre performance. I look forward to working with her firm again in the future. It is a pleasure working with Carolina whose personal ability, attention to details and enthusiasm was able to put everyone at ease. She was always available to quickly respond to questions, whether in person, via mobile phone, or e-mail not only from me but from my staff, other realtors, potential buyers or lawyers. I would not hesitate to recommend CM Group Realty to anybody who needs assistance with the sale or purchase of their home.

Carolina Malewicz is awesome
Carolina has helped us buy and sell a home within the last two months. These were two unique properties in different locations. Carolina is knowledgeable, hardworking, dependable and a person of their word. She is always available and walks you thru everything for the first time buyer or seasoned investor. She is also there for every meeting and listing appointments. I would highly recommend using her. Raj and Victoria. - July, 2015

Cordialmente

I've worked with Carolina for many years. In Florida, she has successfully rented my apartment for several years. She has also recently sold my property almost immediately at asking price.
Her job is flawless. She takes care of every single detail in each transaction. Absolutely transparent, professional, and trustworthy. It was great working with her and with no doubt I will work with her again. November 12, 2021.
